Order Cancel, Return & Refund Policy

A)  Cancel Order
You have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery.

If you have realized any mistake after order submission, you can either call us (2498 3886), or message us via WhatsApp (+852 5622 1086) during office hour, or inform us by email (CS@asiaboxx.com) immediately. Please remember to provide your order reference number, if have, for our easy reference.

In case no feedback is received from our end within 24 hours after your email, you are required to call us immediately.

Note:  No order can be canceled once the ordered goods is dispatched.


B)  Returns / Exchange if the Products are found damaged
We guarantee 100% refund or replacement for any defected goods.

In case of damage, please record the damage by photos and contact us by phone (+852 2498 3886) or WhatsApp (+852 5622 1086). Once the claim is confirmed eligible, we shall replace with a new item or refunded.

Please retain all the packing materials including original product packaging, product labels, tags, certificates and any gifts etc for return or exchange. Please ensure all the packaging is in good condition, including the product labels and tags. Any damage or folds will be deemed as non-returnable.

No return or refund is allowed for any notification received more than seven (7) days after delivery.


C)  Order was cancelled
Sorry for any inconvenience caused if you've been told that your order is no longer available, the purchase amount will be refunded to you either to your credit card account or by cheque in 2 weeks. We have different promotion periodically and hope you will enjoy shopping at abxfoods.com


D)  How to Refund
For any amount due to our customers, we will refund by cheque within thirty (30) days after confirmation of the Case.
